Trimed Sub Acute NPC has grown into a beacon of compassionate care, offering specialised Frail Care, Assisted Living, and Sub-Acute services. 13 Assisted Living Units for independent elderly residents.
Weekly observations and assistance as needed.
Balanced meals and cleaning services for independent residents.

Frail Care

24 Frail Care beds, including private rooms.
Dedicated wards with facilities for patient well-being.
Tailored care plans to meet individual needs.

Sub-Acute / Stepdown / Rehabilitation

10 Sub-Acute beds with a focus on rehabilitation.
Collaboration with a Multi-Disciplinary Team of medical professionals.
Rehabilitation amenities including a walking bridge and parallel bars.

Wound Care

Certified Advanced Wound Care Practitioner for specialised wound care services.
Well-equipped wound care room for consultations and treatments.

Ambulance and Paramedics

On-site Sharp Med Ambulance services available 24/7 for emergencies.
Standby services for events and emergencies in Three Rivers Retirement Village.

Social Engagement

Active involvement in the Three Rivers Community Club.
Beneficiary of the Vaal Athletics Club, contributing to community well-being.
Supportive presence at community events for minor and severe emergencies.
